The Journey of Lou's Zoo Series!
It’s hard to believe that it all started just a few years ago when I began writing the manuscript for Who's New at Lou's Zoo. Originally intended to be a story about opposites, the narrative quickly took a delightful turn as I started naming the characters.
The story evolved into one about Lou, the zookeeper, and his quirky neighborhood zoo, filled with silly characters who were worried about a mysterious new guest. Will they look like them? Will they be big or small, tall or short, will they be friendly and fit into their neighborhood? As they grappled with these questions, the story took shape, emphasizing themes of friendship and acceptance.
I’m so excited to share this journey with you all! The Lou's Zoo series continues to grow, exploring the beauty of community and the importance of kindness. Stay tuned for more adventures with Lou and his friends!
